Of course you get to see how the MC becomes a key member who will do something heroics. :: During the episodes you get to see some gore fight scenes and comedy interactions between group members. ![]() And hate to say, but both lack character development except for the MC. Each character of the bad guys have their own personality, some you like and some you dislike. You get to know their so-called abilities/skills and some silly motives. :: Both MC live their normal lives until they encounter the bad guys. This recommendation itself is actually a spoiler. The Holy Knights of Nanatsu no Taizai and the Capital Government of Akame ga Kill are supposed to be the ones enforcing the law and safekeeping the peace, but, it turns out they're actually the root and source of all problems. There's no such thing as absolute good or absolute evil, there's always more than one side to everything. They have super powers and abilities and the fighting scenes are spectacular. The characters are very well developed and intense in both animes. Tons of bloody awesome violence and action, at odd points characters become romantically driven. Both shows are set in a medieval setting with knights and the use of magic. Both anime are about a group of vigilantes fighting against the corrupt governement. The story for both shows start out slow but eventually get super interesting and you'll be glued to your seat wanting more. Good guys, bad guys they are all awesome! Both shows have a giant cast with lots of fighting and violence. Both sets of main characters are seen as the villains of the world, when in fact, they are the ones who are keeping the peace and balance in the world. ![]() First we have the Seven Deadly Sins in Nanatsu no Taizai, then we have Night Raid in Akame ga Kill!
